Rusty Lowry is an operations and behavioral health professional with a background spanning logistics, clinical coordination, and residential treatment. Currently serving as Program Director at Time Wellness Tennessee, Rusty brings a hands-on, systems-minded approach to overseeing treatment programming and residential operations.

Before joining Time Wellness, Rusty gained direct experience in medical case management and clinical operations as a Patient Care Coordinator, followed by a leadership role overseeing day-to-day operations as an Operations Manager.

Earlier in his career, he spent several years in branch management and sales operations, building a strong foundation in team leadership, process improvement, and organizational growth.
